• Our Catalogue Aisle is a selection of the biggest names in catalogue companies in the UK, here you will also find, Men's Wear, Children's Wear, Home Furniture plus much more.
• Our General Shops aisle and has a great mixture of shops, Items could include anything   from general items from shops like Woolworth's or Harrods also a great selection of Spy Gear / Gadgets
• You could also check the A-Z listing to see all the shops we have available within the mall. We are adding daily so check back often.
• Remember to shop around to make sure you're buying at the best price. Remember to take into account delivery charges - some sites deliver free of charge and others have notable delivery charges.
• Shopping online has the same rights as shopping on the high street, If in doubt always check the websites terms & conditions. 
• Your rights allow a cooling off period of seven days, during which time your order can be cancelled without reason and a full refund obtained (this does not apply to personalised or perishable goods).
• All shops within the Kings Mall are UK retailers, Please check online at the stores location to make sure as some will ship from overseas and you may be liable to custom charges. This usually only occurs to high value goods (Books are Duty Free).

Do you offer price comparison ?

• NO. Price comparison websites only host a limited amount of companies as many companies refuse to participate in it, The only exception being Uswitch who do cover all major energy companies who supply in you in your locale. One of the only ways of finding the best deal online is to shop around, just as you would on the high street. We have a vast range of shops and services that offer great deals so finding a great deal amongst them is very easy. Insurance companies may also use a search facility to find you the best deal amongst brokers, this is a common practise may work in your favour.

Is online shopping safe ?

• YES, Online shopping is safe. Here are some tips, always use a different password if setting up accounts for different websites, never share your password or personal details with anyone including your debit/credit card numbers. always shop on websites with secure payment portals (see below for an example). Some companies offer in-store pickup on items Eg: Argos - Click and Reserve service, and PC worlds pick-up in store service. The travel companies are all either ABTA or ATOL protected. If unsure check they've got the necessary symbols on their web pages usually located at the bottom. 
• Note: Well known third party payment services such as Paypal, Nochex, Secpay, World Pay  are all secure (this list is not exhaustive).
• When buying online you are taken to an account page and a payment page. A secure connection will always have https:// in the address bar before the page address instead of the usual, http:// The "S" is a secure connection usually a minimum of 128bit encryption. You may also see a padlock at the bottom of the IE window. (Note: These may only appear at the checkout process).

The shop I clicked on isn't there ?

• If you click on the shops banner and you are taken to somewhere else or to an error page, Please notify us straight away with the shops name using the contact us form so we can correct the fault instantly. 
• Unfortunately we have no control of the shop sellers items, if however you come across a site which you find to have unsuitable material please again notify us immediately and we will check and remove the shop asap.

Are you a family friendly site ?

• YES. We are a family friendly site, we will not advertise any adult material deemed unsuitable, this includes adult, hate, weapons or illegal websites
• We do have some sites within the Mall eg: Ann Summers, that sell adult merchandise, these sites have been checked for suitability and do not have explicit material or unsuitable pictures contained within them. If a site is found to be unsuitable it will be removed straight away.
